摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic inductive component wherein the number of its coil turn per unit area can be made larger than the one obtained in the case of forming its coil pattern within a plane, and its heat radiating property is excellent additionally. SOLUTION: In the electromagnetic inductive component a base substrate 10 has a winding forming recessed portion 11 pierced from its front surface to its rear surface. The winding forming recessed portion 11 is so formed taperingly that its opening area of one-surface side of the base substrate 10 is larger than its opening area of the other-surface side of the base substrate 10. On the inner peripheral surface of the winding forming recessed portion 11, a coil pattern 12 wound spirally by using a conductive layer is formed. Also, an inner core 14 is filled into the winding forming recessed portion 11 having the formed coil pattern 12. Further, an outer core 15 coupled magnetically to the inner core 14 is provided in the form of surrounding the base substrate 10. A core 13 constituting a closed magnetic path is formed out of the inner and outer cores 14, 15. The heat radiating property of the electromagnetic inductive component can be made good and its parasitic capacitance can be made small, since its coil pattern 12 is formed taperingly.
