PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an alarm transfer system, which performs the information transfer for the alarm generation of the residential alarm device via a power wire, without using wireless means or carrying out new wiring. SOLUTION: The device consists of: a control circuit 18 which is the alarm signal output means for outputting the alarm signal; a transmission means consisting of an information transfer circuit 16 and a frequency-generating circuit 17 for superimposing an information transfer signal, based on the alarm signal from the control circuit 18, on AC100 V of a power wire 3; and a receiving means equipped with a signal separation circuit 12 for receiving the AC100 V, on which the information transfer signal from the frequency-generating circuit 17 for the transmitting means is superimposed, via the power wire 3, and dividing into the information transfer signal and the AC100 V, and an alarm notifying circuit 15 which is a notifying means for informing the alarm, based on the information transfer signal separated by the signal separation circuit.
