PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auto tender apparatus hardly generating disorders by decreasing number of parts and bringing the apparatus to have a simple structure, as conventional chain driven tenders have large number of parts, complicated structures and breaking of chains, failure of high pressure hoses, breakdown of drive motors and the like easily happen. SOLUTION: In the auto tender apparatus, a slide base 32 is connected to a rodless cylinder 31 installed by bringing the width direction of a paper making machine as a longitudinal direction and a paper cut nozzle 34 is connected to the slide base 32, while a water supply hose 35 is connected to a coil hose through a coupler 35a; a paper-cutting nozzle 34 is moved by sliding the slide base 32 guided with a cylinder frame 33 for supporting the rodless cylinder 31 and moved to a position for forming a tale in passing paper.
