PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis device for a multicylinder internal combustion engine capable of investigating a cause of a trouble of the internal combustion engine easily in a short period of time. SOLUTION: The diagnosis device 100 for the multiple cylinder internal combustion engine provided with injectors 4 controlling fuel injection quantity of each cylinder to keep engine rotation speed at a target rotation speed, is provided with a cylinder discrimination means discriminating an operating cylinder, a fuel injection wave form detection means detecting fuel injection wave form of each cylinder, a fuel injection wave form correction means superposing fuel injection wave form of each cylinder by correcting the same to same phase, and a monitor 22 indicating superposed fuel injection waveform.
