PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor fin for enhancing sealing property between fins and between stages, without the need for the replacement including a sound fin, while simplifying attachment-detachment. SOLUTION: This turbine rotor fin is set so as to seal a part between a rotor and a stationary part, by installing the fin 5 having an implanting part 7 in a rotor groove 2 formed in the peripheral direction on the outer periphery of a turbine rotor 1 and forming an implanting groove part 3, from a fin inserting cutout 4 arranged in the rotor groove 2. A cross-sectional shape of a fin part 6 of the fin 5 is formed in a shape so that a part of the fin 5 mutually adjacent in the rotor peripheral direction in the rotor fin divided into a plurality of pieces in the peripheral direction of the rotor 1, mutually contacts in the rotor axial direction or the rotor peripheral direction, or the rotor axial direction and the rotor peripheral direction.
