PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel loader capable of largely securing a rocking angle of a bucket, when rocking the bucket in a state of approaching the bucket to a machine body, by sufficiently securing even a stroke in the longitudinal direction of the bucket, by sufficiently approaching the bucket to the machine body, even in the wheel loader constituted so that a rocking fulcrum of the bucket is positioned in a bucket back face side lower part. SOLUTION: In a work attitude where the rocking fulcrum 130 of the bucket 123 is positioned on the lower side of a rocking fulcrum 121 of an arm 122 and a bottom surface of the bucket 123 is opposed to the ground surface, the rocking fulcrum 130 of the bucket 123 is constituted so as to be positioned on the lower side of the back face side of the bucket 123.
