PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit an underground structure from floating at the time of an earthquake. SOLUTION: A floating inhibiting structure 1 for an underground structure includes a solidification zone 4 provided adjacently to a tunnel 3 and below the tunnel 3 which is the underground structure buried in the liquefaction ground 2 as the ground. The solidification zone 4 is constituted by injecting a chemical into the liquefaction ground 2. The chemical 2 may be selected from well-known chemicals used for improving the liquefaction ground.
