PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure of a reinforced concrete structure capable of following the shake of an earthquake without requiring time and labor and a construction cost. SOLUTION: The waterproof structure 1 of the reinforced concrete structure formed with a waterproof layer 9 over a floor 3, a wall 2 and columns 4 while straddling a horizontal slit 5 formed between the wall 2 and the floor 3 of the reinforced concrete structure 7, and vertical slits 6 formed between the wall 2 and the columns 4, is provided with a cushioning material 8 between the waterproof layer 9 and the wall 2. The cushioning material 8 comprises a corrugated steel plate 10, and a waterproof backing iron plate 11 stuck to the front face of the corrugated steel plate 10, and the cushioning material 8 is fixed to the floor 3 and the columns 4 by the waterproof backing iron plate 11.
