A flexible film glove manufacturing machine and a method thereof are provided to transfer a forming film easily when forming a glove by using a Gore-Tex that is a waterproof material. A flexible film glove manufacturing machine includes a film supply portion(10), a heat welding portion(20), a withdrawing roller(30), and a cutting portion(40). In the film supply portion, plural supply rollers(11,12,13) are installed on one side of the machine to have different heights. The heat welding portion makes heat welding in the shape of a glove on the surface of a flexible film in the state that the flexible film is moved, being overlapped with a paper material. The withdrawing roller installed on the other side of the machine provides transferring force in one direction for the welded flexible film and paper material. |
