<p>For reducing measurement operations for a pier foundation there is measured a position determined by a horizontal measurement point, where a positioning rod (2) is struck in the ground. Thereafter, a base plate (31), which is for the sleeve (4) and provided with hole (32), is placed against the ground such that the rod goes through the hole, and consequently, thanks to the rod measured in place and the hole in the base plate, the lower part of the sleeve is in a correct position. When a foundation pier is cast, it will suffice to make sure with a builder's level, for instance, that the sleeve is upright. Hence, the upper end of the foundation pier is also in a correct position horizontally.</p> |
