METHOD OF DEASHING FROM POLYMER SOLUTIONS

A method for removing a catalyst metal compound remaining in a polymer solution, and a polymer purified by the method are provided to remove a remaining catalyst metal compound more easily without the additional filtration to a chelate compound. A method for removing a catalyst metal compound remaining in a polymer solution comprises the steps of mixing a polymer solution with a solution where at least one organic nitrogen compound is dissolved in a polar solvent, to precipitate the compound comprising the organic nitrogen compound and the remaining catalyst metal compound; adding a polar solvent to the mixture solution to dissolve the obtained chelate compound and to precipitate a polymer; and filtering the precipitated polymer.
