<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide paste for a resistor containing no lead while being capable of easily manufacturing the resistor having a desired resistance value as paste for the resistor for forming a thick-film resistor and a manufacturing method for the lead-free thick-film resistor by using past for the resistor. <P>SOLUTION: Paste for the resistor is obtained by mixing a conductive material containing Sr<SB>2</SB>RuO<SB>4</SB>, borosilicate glass containing SrO and an organic vehicle. In the manufacturing method for the thick-film resistor, paste for the resistor obtained by mixing the conductive material containing Sr<SB>2</SB>RuO<SB>4</SB>, borosilicate glass containing SrO and the organic vehicle is prepared, paste for the resistor is printed on a ceramic plate board in a specified pattern and the ceramic plate board printing paste for the resistor is baked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
