<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply chain optimization support method capable of establishing a supply chain that can even cope with a case in which a production plan changes with fewer false factors due to time and which occurs together with demand fluctuation in the future by performing simulation in which separation as time goes by does not occur to an optimization result of the simulation from components supply to distribution. <P>SOLUTION: Simulation of the supply chain is performed on the basis of each information on a human factor, a component factor, a production plan, and production and demand fluctuation by grasping circulation of objects in all work in real time by using an ERP package and considering comparison of unit formats of the components.
