<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress multiplication of Legionella bacteria in a cooling tower. <P>SOLUTION: Circulation water with a pH set at 9.0 or more is supplied to a cooling load device 130 from a storing part 143 through a supply passage 149. When sprinkling the circulation having cooled the cooling load device 130 toward the storing part 143 from a nozzle 152 of a recovery passage 151, the water is cooled by touching outside air passing from a louver 142 to an opening 141 by rotation of a fan 144. To prevent rising of concentration of corrosive ions, scale generating factors, or the like in the circulation water, one part of the circulation water is discharged through a drain passage 160, and even when diluting the circulation water by supplying water from a water supply passage 123 to the storing part 143, pH of the circulation water is maintained at 9.0 or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
