SOLUTION: Advertisement information is preliminarily registered in the format of element advertisement-related information 114 so as to be associated with the combination of a plurality of elements included in a plurality of information configuring a medical information DB 111. Then, when the input information of a user corresponds to the combination of a plurality of elements registered in the element advertisement-related information 114, the registered advertisement information is visually presented to a user.
