<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a user about expiration of a validity term of a commuter ticket when a fare is paid out from a charge balance because the validity term of the commuter ticket of a non-contact IC part has expired. <P>SOLUTION: When passing an automatic ticket examination machine 200, the non-contact IC part 180 of this wireless terminal 100 functions as the commuter ticket. When cannot use the function of the non-contact IC part 180 as the commuter ticket by the expiration of the validity term of the commuter ticket, the fare is paid out to the automatic ticket examination machine 200 by a fare payment function of the non-contact IC part 180.
