PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clothes drying machine drying clothes by a heat pump installed in a casing, having an air blowing function outward blowing cool air or warm air from a body front face in an optional time when executing no drying operation, and changing the opening/closing and an opening angle of an air blow-out part to the outside. SOLUTION: This cloth drying machine is rotatably provided with a drum 9 in the casing forming an outer shell; is so constituted as to dry laundry by introducing heated air from a condenser into the drum, and circulating it by the operations of the heat pump 12 having the compressor 14, a condenser 13 and evaporator 16 and the air blower 17 disposed in the housing in the drying operation, and to drive a heat pump in the optional time excluding at least the drying operation, and outward blow out the cool air or the warm air from a blow-out member 21 turnably provided in an air blowing port 23 in the front face of the casing, and opens/closes the blow-out part by the turning of the blow-out member.
