PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter that enables to secure flatness of an external terminal while allowing surface mounting and has the improved mounting reliability. SOLUTION: The noise filter is composed as follows. Tubular ferrite beads 2, 3 are respectively inserted to the input side and output side of a lead wire 11 for a signal line. A tubular ferrite bead 4 is inserted to the input side of a ground lead wire 12. A feed-through capacitor 5 is inserted to the output side of the tubular ferrite bead 3 of the lead wire 11 for a signal line. A multilayer capacitor 6 is electrically connected between the output side of the tubular ferrite bead 2 of the lead wire 11 for a signal line and the output side of the tubular ferrite bead 4 of the ground lead wire 12. Metallic external terminals 31-34 respectively formed into a U-shape are fitted to both side-parts of a base member 21.
