PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable measurement result even if a sufficient amount of inspection object cannot be secured. SOLUTION: When the probe 15 is lowered to the blood collection tube 3 and the sample cup 4, the lower dead point Ld of the probe in the blood collection tube and the lower dead point Lu of the probe in the sample cup are set respectively, and the lowering positions of the probe 15 to the blood collection tube 3 and the sample cup 4 are restricted.
