PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device of a concrete structure, capable of inspecting efficiently and uniformly the surface or the inside of the concrete structure. SOLUTION: This inspection device 10 is constituted of a moving truck 1; a first expanding/contracting member 3 rotatably mounted on the moving truck in the moving direction of the truck, and in a direction orthogonal to the moving direction; a first roller 2 projecting from the moving truck to the concrete structure side and rotating in the moving direction of the moving truck; a second roller 7 projecting from the tip of the first expanding/contracting member 3 to the concrete structure side and rotating in the vertical direction; and a photographic unit 8, equipped with two or more photographing devices. The device is provided with an adjusting means for adjusting the raising/lowering of the photographing unit 8, in the vertical direction in the attitude wherein the first roller 2 and the second roller 7 are allowed to abut against the concrete structure by expanding/contracting the first expanding/contracting member 3, and for adjusting rotation of the attitude of the first expanding/contracting member 3 corresponding to tilt, when a running base of the moving truck 1 is tilted.
