PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein since a refrigerating cycle has a compressor, electric power is needed, at present the power source is being exhausted so that further energy saving is demanded, and further in the refrigerating cycle including the compressor, the heating heat value is larger than the cooling heat value, so that in summer, it causes a heat island phenomenon and global warming. SOLUTION: The refrigerant is enclosed in a cycle including a condenser 1, a first vale C8, a liquid receiver 2, a second valve A3, an expansion valve 4, an evaporator 5, a third valve B6, and an expansion tank 7, whereby cold heat in winter is stored and used in summer.
