PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge cleaning water without clogging during cleaning of a casing or facilities, and to reduce the number of phenomena of foreign matter clogging in an upstream side of a valve. SOLUTION: The drainage apparatus and the apparatus equipment are provided with: a down pipe 11 with one end attached to a drain hole 7 to vertically guide the cleaning water; a deposit accumulating part 12 attached to another end of the pipe to deposit foreign matter; a horizontal pipe 15 branched off from predetermined position of the down pipe 11 between the deposit accumulating part 12 and the drain hole 7 to horizontally guide the cleaning water; and a blow down valve 16 attached to a middle of the pipe to discharge the cleaning water. By such a composition, when the blow valve 16 is opened during cleaning the casing or the facility, the cleaning water flowing over the deposit accumulating part 12 is discharged.
