PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact air intake controller at low cost by using an engine electronic controller with excellent heat-releasing property and vibration resistance without installing special heat-releasing part and largely increasing intake resistance in an intake passage. SOLUTION: A control circuit module 1 in which a micro computer 30 for controlling the engine of a vehicle and circuit parts such as an input interface circuit 40, an output driver circuit 41, and a power circuit 43 as its peripheral circuits are mounted on a control circuit board 11 is inserted into the intake passage 3 of an intake device for supplying air into the cylinders of the engine. A connector part 73 for connecting harness from various devices of the engine is projected to the outside of the intake passage 3. The connector part 73 is secured to a member forming the intake passage 3. The control circuit module 1 is formed integrally with an electronic control throttle module 70 for electrically controlling the flow of the air flowing in the intake passage 3.
