PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply securely solve the problem of clogging or the like by performing backward washing in a simple constitution without carrying out complicate operation, management and maintenance. SOLUTION: Pumped underground water W is returned from an injection well 2 to the ground G in a recharge method. The underground water W is continuously injected from the injection well 2 to the ground G in a state in which the injection well 2 is sealed and a siphon 4 extended to the inside and outside of the injection well 2 and transferring the underground water W in the injection well 2 to the outside of the injection well 2 is provided. Injection of the underground water W from the injection well 2 to the ground G is continuously carried out, and injection capacity of the injection well 2 is reduced by continuous injection of the underground water and the siphon 4 is fully filled with the underground water W by increase in injection pressure. Thereafter the underground water W in the injection well 2 is flowed outside the injection well 2 by operation of a siphon 9 to carry out the backward washing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
