<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board excellent in maintainability, and to provide an electronic device having it. <P>SOLUTION: In the circuit board 110 having a wiring pattern 154 connected electrically with a plurality of first terminals 18 of an electronic component 120 such that the plurality of first terminals are concealed under the electronic component when it is mounted, the circuit board has a pair of second terminals 140 exposed to the periphery of the mounting portion of the electronic component such that one terminal is connected with the first terminal in one and one correspondence and the other terminal is connected with the wiring pattern, and a signal line 152 exposed to the periphery of the mounting portion and connecting the second terminal of each pair electrically. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
