<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit of which the delay amount can be controlled with high resolution while forming a circuit scale to be small with the less number of elements. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit is equipped with: a voltage generating source 200, in which a plurality of voltage control signals ϕ1-ϕ4 are received, and a plurality of transistors having different sizes controlled for switching by a resistance means and each of the voltage control signals are provided, and voltages V<SB>0</SB>of a potential subjected to resistance division by the ON-stated transistors and the resistance means are generated as output voltages; a delay gates column 220, of which a plurality of delay gates 221-226 are tandem connected to get predetermined delay times and the delay amount is controlled by the plurality of voltage control signals; and a current control means 230 for controlling the current allowing to flow into the delay gates column in accordance with the output voltages V<SB>0</SB>from the voltage generating source.
