<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processor which varies the pitch of a source voice signal and outputs the signal, the signal processor being capable of eliminating unnaturalness of a voice. <P>SOLUTION: The signal processor is equipped with a waveform memory, two or more read taps thereof, a read address control part 24, a cross-fade composition part 26 which combines and cross-fades a plurality of output signals of the readout taps, a cross-fade gain calculation part 25, and an attack detection part which detects an attack section having a high wave height. The cross-fade gain calculation part 25 and read address control part adjust a cross-fade time to be the integral multiple of a base period. The read address control part stops the cross-fading in a time zone wherein an attack is detected (cross-fade stop section 43) and performs the adjustment to output a buffer output signal output from only one buffer read means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
