<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit an output due to external acceleration from being generated by the fluctuations in performances of two vibrators. <P>SOLUTION: A first voltage comprises a drive voltage applied to a driving fixed electrode 30 located in the left half of the left vibrator 3; and a drive voltage applied to a fixed electrode 40 for driving located in the right half of the right vibrator 4. The first voltage is a voltage of A±B[V], containing a DC component of A[V], and an AC component of B[V]. A second voltage comprises a drive voltage applied to the driving fixed electrode 30 located in the right half of the left vibrator 3; and a drive voltage applied to the fixed electrode 40 for driving located in a left half of the right vibrator 4. The second voltage is a voltage of C±D[V], containing a DC component of C[V], and an AC component of D[V].
