<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable terminal support material to be stably held between an upper case and a lower case, without generating a state where the upper case and the lower case and the terminal support material end up being welded together, when the upper case and the lower case are ultrasonically welded. <P>SOLUTION: The device is equipped with: a synthetic resin upper case 2; a synthetic resin lower case 3 engaged with this upper case 2; a card insertion part 5, formed between these upper case 2 and the lower case 3, to which a card 1 can be inserted; a plurality of the terminal material 6a capable of contacting each of a plurality of the contact parts of the card 1; a plurality of external connection parts 6b formed in unification with each of these terminal material 6a and capable of connecting to an external circuit; and synthetic resin terminal support material 6 for holding a plurality of terminal material 6a.
