PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a device and a computer program product for remotely obtaining status information associated with a network-enabled device. SOLUTION: An information feed associated with the status information of a target network-enabled device is selected and associated with a reader. The status information provided in the information feed of the target network-enabled device is received through the reader.
