摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated iron core and its manufacturing method that enable high-efficiency manufacturing of a high-quality product, without being affected by bulging in the thickness direction of a coupling part. SOLUTION: The laminated iron core 10 has segment iron core pieces 13 adjacent to each other, while being connected to each other with the coupling parts 12 formed at the outer peripheral part 11 and is constituted, by spirally winding and laminating a plurality of the continuous segment iron core pieces 13, while aligning each side end part 14 of the segment iron core pieces 13 adjacent to each other with each other by bending the coupling parts 12. A recessed-part notch 19, which stores a radial bulging part 18 to be formed to the radial outside in an external circle of the laminated iron core 10, when bending the coupling part 12, is provided to the radial outside of the coupling part 12. An internal notch 20 for forming a bending position of the coupling part 12 is provided to the radial inward side of the coupling part 12. A radial width of the coupling part 12 is formed narrow so that the radial width, before bending of the coupling part 12, is set to 0.5 times or larger and 5 times or smaller of a thickness of the segment iron core piece 13.
