PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with speed reducer with reduced axial size. SOLUTION: The motor 1 with speed reducer includes: a ring gear 26; a planet gear 25 that is disposed eccentrically with respect to the ring gear 26, and is engaged with the ring gear 26; a motor mechanism M that rolls the planet gear 25 on the ring gear 26; an output disk 15a that is disposed coaxially with the ring gear 26, neighboring the planet gear 25 in the direction of the axis of the ring gear 26, and is rotated together with the planet gear 25 when the planet gear 25 is rolled on the ring gear 26; a case 10 for housing the ring gear 26, planet gear 25, motor mechanism M, and output disk 15a; and an output shaft 15 rotated integrally with the output disk 15a. The output disk 15a is opposed to the inner wall 12a of the case 10 with a space S in-between in the direction of the radius of the ring gear 26.
