PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply voltage selection circuit which controls a fluctuation of the supply voltage even when a power supply is switched. SOLUTION: The supply voltage selection circuit has a power supply selecting portion and a power supply fluctuation controlling portion. The power supply selecting portion switches 2 different supply voltages. The power supply fluctuation controlling portion has an analog switch circuit to be connected between a voltage output of the power supply selecting portion and a reference potential.
