PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of obtaining a conductive pattern having high arrangement accuracy with a simple process. SOLUTION: A function liquid is injected into a concave portion 2 previously formed on the surface of a substrate 1 according to a conductive pattern, and the function liquid is converted into a conductive film 6, thereby forming the conductive pattern. In this way, the highly accurately arranged conductive pattern can be formed without requiring large-scale facilities.
