PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit underfloor equipment to a fitting cabinet intensively in a short time without handling trouble, and to perform the maintenance thereof. SOLUTION: Underfloor equipment 3 necessary for post-connection of a wire 12, a wiring pipe 13, a wiring duct 14 or the like is intensively arranged and mounted in a fitting cabinet 11. The underfloor equipments 3 are connected to each other, or connected as necessary to an external connection unit 5 of the fitting cabinet 11 by the wire 12 or the like for the preliminary fitting. Next, the fitting cabinet 11 after the preliminary fitting is mounted on a lower side of an underframe 2 of a vehicle body 1 as a permanent fitting. The permanently fitted fitting cabinet 11 is connected to the vehicle body 1, the underfloor equipment 3 permanently fitted to a lower side of the vehicle body 1, the fitting cabinet 11 or the like are connected as necessary via the wire 12, the wiring pipe 13, the wiring duct 14 or the like.
