PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high-efficiency plastic-made biochips and micro analyzing chips high in smoothness of a micro channel, with no problem in flow of liquid or detection of trace of substance. SOLUTION: The biochips or micro analyzing chips are constituted of a plastic product having the micro channel of a width of less than 1mm and a depth of less than 1mm.
