The procedure for casting of cooked hard- and soft candy mass, comprises pouring the heated portions of hard- and soft candy mass in a thermoplastic form and demolding the formed shape body at 50-55 [deg]C after cooling. The demolding takes place immediately after the shaped body reaches the demolding temperature when cooling-off of the casting temperature. The form in itself is distorted in the demolding.
