The vibrator (1) has an inner air chamber (4) with a small opening (7) through which air can flow outward. An air pressure pump (3) produces high pressure or low pressure at the inner air chamber so that an air pressure change is transferred into vagina of a woman, where an independent movement of the vibrator into the vagina is caused by air absorption or bubbles. An energy source is coupled with the pump and a control controls the pump, where a piston (5) is moved back and forth into the air chamber.
