The device has a thin bifilar wound wire (10) used as a temperature sensor, staying in connection with a coil of a stator of an electrical machine, and inserted between turns of a coil wire (9) of the coil. An insulating layer is provided between the wound wire and the turns of the coil wire. Connections of the wound wire are connected with an operation amplifier, which provides a DC voltage value based on measured temperature at its output. The amplifier is connected with a micro-controller that provides a control signal for the machine, based on the value.
