<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphite composite film excellent in thermal conductivity characteristics, which is scratch resistant in handling, in caulking, and in reworking in electronics and precision apparatuses in which a space saving is expected. <P>SOLUTION: The graphite composite film has a constitution that any one of an adhesive layer, an insulating layer, and a conductive layer is formed at least on one side of the graphite film, and is characterized in that (1) the density of the graphite film is 1.3 g/cm<SP>3</SP>or more, (2) the layer thickness of any one of the adhesive layer, the insulating layer, and the conductive layer is 50 μm or less, and (3) the adhesive layer is a material containing a substrate such as polyimide and polyethylene terephthalate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
