<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a ceramic molding, which method is used for easily molding a raw material mixture without agglomeration, to give a ceramic molding, which achieves high shape retention, has excellent dimensional accuracy and no cracking, etc., occurring during drying, and provides a sintered compact excellent in properties. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the ceramic molding comprises a mixing step of mixing a nitride ceramics powder, a curable resin, a curing agent, and a solvent, a molding step of pouring the formed mixture into a molding form and molding it to form a solvent-containing ceramic molding, a demolding step of removing the molding form, and a drying step of drying the solvent-containing ceramic molding obtained by the demolding step, wherein the mixing step comprises the first mixing step of adding a pH modifier to the mixture comprising the nitride ceramics powder, the curable resin, and the solvent to adjust its pH to 9.0 to below 10.0, the second mixing step of adding a pH modifier to the mixture obtained in the first mixing step to adjust its pH to 10.0 to 12.0, and the third step of adding a curing agent to the mixture obtained in the second mixing step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
