SOLUTION: The unauthorized use preventing unit 10 prevents unauthorized use of the air conditioner 50, and it includes a control part 11. In the control part 11, it is determined whether a first signal remotely transmitted every certain period has been received, and when it is determined not having received, operation of the air conditioner is forbidden.
