PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a depressurizing device for avoiding the interruption of continuous treatment in a generation plant, although an NGH which is stabilized under normal pressure at a stable temperature is generated under high pressure and therefore it requires depressurizing treatment for reducing atmospheric pressure down to normal pressure after being reconditioned into a stable temperature, resulting in the interruption of the continuous treatment because of batch depressurizing treatment. SOLUTION: The NGH reconditioned into a stable temperature by a cooler 7 is introduced into a plurality of NGH supply pipes 12a, 12b. In the NGH supply pipes 12a, 12b, storage tanks 11a, 11b are detachably provided via NGH supply valves 13a, 13b, respectively, so that the NGH can be supplied to any storage tank 11. Pressure reducing valves 21a, 21b are provided in the storage tanks 11a, 11b for reducing pressure in the storage tank 11 in which the NGH is completely filled by internal degassing operation.
