PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene-based polymer composition excellent in flexibility, heat resistance and low-temperature antibrittleness. SOLUTION: The propylene-based polymer composition comprises a total of 100 pts.mass of 90-50 pts.mass of (A) a propylene-based polymer 80 kJ/kg or less in latent calorific value determined by the thermal analysis by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and 10-50 pts.mass of (B) an ethylene-(meth)acrylic alkyl ester copolymer.
