PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable for a liquid crystal panel such as an LVDS cable of low cost and capable of surely establishing GND connection with an electromagnetic shield. SOLUTION: A grounding line for noise removal is formed by pasting gasket tapes 14c on top and bottom faces of the LVDS cable 14. The LVDS cable 14 thus formed in a twisted shape is passed between a frame 11e2 and a substrate frame 12, and is made in contact with a frame 11e and the substrate frame 12, whereby, the noise of the LVDS cable 14 is dismissed with both of the frames 11e, 12 as the ground.
