PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable coping with operation of high frequency wave in a redundancy relieving circuit. SOLUTION: The redundancy relieving circuit is characterized in that a plurality of redundancy relieving fuse (FUSE00) are arranged in series between an output terminal of a second inverter 003 and a main electrode of the other side of a third transistor 010, an address code circuit has an address decoder, address decoding circuits 0 to 2 receive a potential between the redundancy relieving fuses in an array selection circuit and output selectively the signal from the address decoder to the bit line selecting circuit.
