PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of supplying a minute amount of powder by using pneumatic conveyance. SOLUTION: This device comprises a storage container 13 for storing a powder, a powder feed pipe 40 the lower end of which is disposed in the storage container 13 and the upper end of which is disposed outside the storage container 13, a first compressed air supply means for supplying compressed air into the storage container 13 from the lower side, and a second compressed air supply means for intermittently supplying the compressed air into the powder supply pipe. The power P in the storage container 13 is allowed to flow from the lower end of the powder supply pipe 40 into the powder supply pipe by the operation of the first and second compressed air supply means to supply it into an object to be supplied by pneumatic conveyance.
