摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for synthesizing MCM-48 and MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieves, and to provide a boron substituted MCM-48 mesoporous molecular sieve and a method for synthesizing the same. SOLUTION: The method for synthesizing Si-MCM-48, Si-MCM-41 or B-MCM-48 includes: dissolving a template and a solvent having moderate polarity in water to prepare an aqueous solution, dropping water in which sodium silicate powder and, optionally, a boron compound have been dissolved into the prepared aqueous solution under stable stirring so that the molar ratio of the solvent to SiO<SB>2</SB>is made 1-6; carrying out pH adjustment to obtain a gel mixture; putting the gel mixture in a vessel; sealing the vessel; bringing the gel mixture into a hydrothermal reaction under spontaneously generated pressure; carrying out cooling; separating a solid product; and firing it at 700-1,000 K optionally after washing. In the B-MCM-48, boron is present in a tetracoordinate state in a skeleton and the molar ratio Si to B in the product after firing is≥3.3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
