PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable pallet constituted so that the flattened condition when folded can be remarkably thinned. SOLUTION: In the foldable pallet, a floor frame A is made into a shape in which a reinforcing frame prepared by combining transverse bars and vertical bars into a curb is provided in an outer shell formed in a rectangular shape. As a lever material for forming the reinforcing frame, a lever material in which by folding both side face parts inside and lowering the upper face side so as to coincide with the undersurface side to a required position of a rectangular hollow pipe member with a specified length, compression and flattening are made into a shape in which a folding part m is formed on the side face and the bottom face side is made to a flat face to form a thin thickness part M, is used, and by intersecting mutual thin thickness parts M into a mutually mating condition, it is combined into a curb with the same plane.
