PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout device for a bag shaped container, which does not spoil a superior gas barrier property, surely prevents the exposure of a gas barrier intermediate layer and surely prevents the elution or contact of a gas barrier resin forming the intermediate layer and a content in the container. SOLUTION: This spout device for a bag shaped container comprises a tubular body 1 having an inside spout through channel and an outside container attaching part 10 attached to the bag shaped container. The body 1 has a laminated structure provided with a gas barrier intermediate layer 27. The layer 27 is exposed on the top end face of the body 1, and an annular protective layer 3 adhers to and fixed to the top end face of the body 1, covering the exposed end part of the layer 27.
